A.) I have past evictions, will that be a problem with me renting a home from this company?

  No. We do no credit or background checks.

B.)Is there an application fee?

  Yes, there is an application fee of $50 per adult living in the unit.

C.) Can I move in the same day once all monies are paid?

   Yes, you are able to move in the same day only if the deposit, rent and application fees are paid in full.

D.) Are your rental units supplied with appliances?

   Our rental units do not come with appliances. You will have to provide your own appliances such as refrigerators, ovens, washers, dryers, etc.

E.) Can I view a rental property in person?

   Yes. Once you find a rental unit from our site that you are interested in, call Jamel Fuller at 901.308.8770 to schedule an appointment for viewing. 

F.) Is the deposit refundable?

   Once the deposit is paid, it is non-refundable.

G.) Are utilities included with any of your rental properties?

   Utilities are not included with any of our rental units. It is the tenants responsibility to get any utilities needed.

H.) Are pets allowed and is there a pet fee?

   Yes, pets are allowed in our rental units but there is a pet fee requirement.
